How It Works
Step 1: Secure Your Design Spot
The purchase of this listing serves as your $15 non-refundable deposit.

Step 2: Submit Your Custom Request
Complete the Custom Set Request Form here:

Step 3: Receive & Approve Your Design Mockup
Once Steps 1 & 2 are completed:
- You will receive a design mockup within 3–5 business days
- The email will come from: auntiecookiesnails@gmail.com
- Review your design and either:
- ✅ Approve
- ✏️ Request revisions
We’ll refine it until it aligns with your vision.
Step 4: Final Invoice
After you approve the final design:
- An invoice for the remaining balance will be sent to you
- Your $15 deposit will be applied toward the total
- Production will not begin until the invoice is paid in full
Step 5: Production & Shipping
Once your invoice is paid:
- Production begins immediately
- Nails will ship 7–10 business days after invoice payment
- You will receive tracking information once your set ships
Important Notes
- Deposit is required before any design work starts.
- Turnaround time begins after final invoice payment.
- Custom sets are final sale due to their personalized nature.
